November 6, 2016 - With just 48 hours until Election Day we thought we would share with you the top 15 cities with the highest vote-by-mail ballot returns to date. Surf City USA, Huntington Beach, leads the pack with 32,019, followed by Irvine with 30,842 and closing out the top three the City of Orange with 16,994.  Voters are engaged and we are currently 12% ahead of 2012 returns. Here is the breakdown of the top 15 cities:
